Something a bit unusual for us, but of course we will NEVER turn an animal away which needs our help.
A local waste firm called us, a cat has obviously given birth in a skip and the little black kitten made its way through the picking line, luckily still alive! So the staff took it straight to the office & kept it warm until we could get there.
Just as we got into the car… the staff came back to the car, ANOTHER KITTEN! This time, pure white 
A quick pit stop at the pet shop to grab bottles and milk powder – we have made it home safe and are cleaning them up & making them a bottle.
The staff at the yard will be keeping their eye out for any more and are searching as we speak, such big hearts!
We will be making a call to a local cat rescue today for support.
Unfortunately cats & kittens at a waste yard are not uncommon, PLEASE NEUTER YOUR CATS! This is what happens, strays, sick, unwanted pregnancies and that’s just a few of the reasons. It isn’t fair.
I would also like to say this WILL be touch and go, these kittens are fresh ones and the next 7 days are VITAL. Fingers crossed, we will do our best!
